Kickstart Your Fitness Journey with Structure, Support & Results

Ready to make a real change? This 8-week transformation course is designed for people who are serious about improving their health, body composition, and mindset. With expert coaching, personalised guidance, and full accountability, we’ll help you break bad habits, build strength, and feel great inside and out.

This isn’t just a class it’s a complete fitness and nutrition program designed to get results. And with a maximum of just 6 people per group, you’ll receive the personal attention and motivation you need in a fun, supportive environment.

👥 Weekly Small Group PT Sessions (1x per week)
Join a structured, high-energy personal training session once a week alongside a small group of like-minded individuals. Sessions are designed to challenge you, improve your strength, and build fitness week by week.

🏋️‍♀️ Extra Workouts to Follow
In addition to your group session, you'll be provided with two additional workouts per week choose between an at-home plan or a gym-based version to suit your schedule. These are essential for achieving maximum results.

🍽️ Nutritional Guidance & Calorie Targets
We’ll give you the tools to succeed in the kitchen, too. You’ll receive personalised calorie goals based on your body and your goals, along with nutrition guidance to help you stay on track and fuel your body correctly.

📊 Progress Tracking
We’ll monitor your transformation with regular body stats, measurements, and progress photos. This keeps you accountable and helps track your achievements week by week.

💬 Private WhatsApp Support Group
You’ll have direct access to your coach and group via WhatsApp for extra accountability, daily motivation, tips, and check-ins throughout the course.
