An hours class split between 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training- Quick, Intense, bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This part of the class will get and keep your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time! Followed by 30 minutes of intense abdominal exercises aimed at developing strength within the core muscles.
A session designed specifically for post natal mothers helping them get back into fitness safely. A circuit style session using a range of equipment bursts of cardiovascular and strength training intervals, to assist with building muscle and concentrating on the specific areas that need extra work after childbirth. Babies welcome from 8 weeks.
