Hi, I’m Alex a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, specialising in Pre & Post Natal Exercise and GP Exercise Referral, as well as a certified Level 3 Yoga Teacher. I’m also a proud mum of two boys and a former professional dancer with a passion for movement, wellness, and helping others feel strong and confident in their bodies.
After graduating with Distinction in Musical Theatre and Dance from Liverpool Theatre School in 2015, I spent four unforgettable years dancing professionally onboard Princess Cruise Lines and Cruise & Maritime Voyages. When I stepped away from life at sea, I found my calling in fitness blending my background in performance with my love of helping people move better and feel their best.
But my proudest role of all? Mum to Noah and Marley.
All sessions are delivered in a supportive, family-friendly studio in Wyberton, Boston, where everyone is welcome from brand new mums to experienced gym-goers.

I’m a highly driven and energetic coach, passionate about helping you stay motivated and reach your goals. With over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve supported clients through a wide range of journeys from weight loss and muscle gain to improving flexibility, endurance, mental wellbeing, and lifestyle balance.
To me, fitness is so much more than just “getting a six-pack.” It’s a tool for building strength from the inside out. It’s a stress reliever. A confidence booster. A way to reset your mind and reconnect with your body.
I believe in setting realistic, progressive goals and celebrating every win — no matter how small. Because every step forward is a powerful move toward a healthier, stronger, and more empowered version of you.

Whether you’re working 1-on-1 with me, training as a couple, or joining a small group session, you’ll get the personal attention, motivation, and structure you need to succeed.
All sessions take place in our private, fully equipped studio in Boston, offering a luxury feel without the pressure of a commercial gym. Here, you’ll feel confident, comfortable, and fully supported from day one.
During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, health background, and training preferences. I’ll then build a personalised training program and provide ongoing nutritional guidance and support to keep you progressing in body and mind.
In 2021, I became a mum myself and quickly realised how difficult it can be to return to fitness after having a baby. I didn’t want to be separated from my little one either. That’s why I created Mummy & Me Fitness classes: empowering postnatal sessions designed to support physical and mental recovery without missing those precious moments with your baby.
Our studio includes a safe crèche area, so you can train knowing your little one is nearby and cared for.
