Hi, I’m Alex. I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Pre & Post Natal Exercise Specialist, GP Exercise Referral Trainer, and Level 3 Yoga Teacher. I’m also a mum of two and a former professional dancer, passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered.
After graduating in Musical Theatre and Dance from Liverpool Theatre School in 2015, I spent four years performing professionally on cruise ships. When I transitioned into fitness, I combined my performance background with a love of coaching to create ADC Fitness a space where results, support, and long-term progress come first.

All sessions take place in our private, fully equipped studio in Wyberton, Boston or online via the app luxury feel, expert guidance, and a supportive environment guaranteed
Fitness is more than a workout it’s a tool to build strength, confidence, and wellbeing. I focus on realistic, structured goals, celebrating progress every step of the way.
Whether you train 1-on-1, in small groups, as a couple, or online, I provide the motivation, guidance, and accountability you need to see lasting results.
After becoming a mum in 2021, I created Mummy & Me Fitness. These sessions help new mums rebuild strength safely while spending time with their babies. Our studio includes a supervised crèche, so you can train with peace of mind.
