Please allow me to introduce myself. I’m Alex Coe, a Level 3 qualified personal trainer specialising in Pre & Post Natal Exercise and GP Exercise referral, a former professional dancer, and a Level 3 teacher of yoga.
I graduated from Liverpool Theatre School with a Distinction in Musial Theatre and Dance back in 2015, and then worked as a dancer for 4 years onboard Princess Cruise Lines and Cruise Maritime Voyages.
I have since gained my Level 3 Personal Training Qualification including numerous other fitness class instructor qualifications, relating to Studio Cycling, Metabolic Circuit Training, Gym Based Boxing, Water Workout, Pound Fit, HIIT Step, Level 3 Yoga Teaching and the best achievement of all I am a mum to my wonderful two sons Noah & Marley!
I currently offer 1-to-1, couple and small group personal training sessions and also Mummy & Baby Fitness Class' specifically for post natal women with their little ones within the Wyberton, Boston area.
As your trainer, I’m a highly driven and energetic individual and will help you stay motivated to achieve your goals.
I have over 6 years’ experience of helping clients meet a wide range of individual health and fitness goals, including weight loss; increasing their endurance and strength; improving their range of movement/flexibility; and achieving a healthier lifestyle as well as improving their mental health.
To me exercise is so much more than 'getting a six pack' it's a way to handle mental health and escape any negativity, it's about feeling powerful and strong in your body and your mind and about putting yourself first as a priority and prioritising your health, both physically and mentally.
Exercise is a way to release stress and it helps clear the mind.
I find by setting new goals regularly and focusing the mind striving towards progression, when you achieve it- it is one of the greatest accomplishments for your health- both physically and mentally.
Everyone is welcome at any ADC Fitness class, no matter what stage of fitness you are at, It is not a 'one size fits all' kind of place, we will take our time and personally take YOU and your level into consideration throughout any session.
I provide clients with 1-to-1, couple and small group personal training sessions, in private at ADC Fitness Gym Wyberton, Boston providing you with a unique gym experience without feeling intimidated or watched by others, I feel its important to feel confident with your trainer and where you are training. With an initial consultation it will help us get an idea of your goal and will allow us to start designing your personal training program. I'll provide nutritional guidance and ongoing support throughout your journey to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Becoming a new mum in 2021 I found it was hard to get back into fitness after having my baby, I also found I didn't want to be separated from my baby either, so with this in mind I decided to create mum and baby fitness classes, including 'Mummy & Me Fitness and 'Mummy & Me Yoga' so that new mums can find time for themselves to help them with their post natal health helping both their physical and mental wellbeing without losing out on precious moments with their new bundle of joy!
My overall mission with setting up ADC Fitness & Personal Training whether you chose classes or 1-to-1 training is to improve people’s overall health and wellbeing and help you believe any goal is possible when you set your mind to it.
