Classes run in 8-week blocks. If you miss a class, you can join another one that week only.
Yes. Every programme is tailored to your current level.
We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes.
Yes. Calorie and macro guidance is available within coaching packages.
Yes. Private gym hire is available with optional coaching support.
Yes. Spaces are intentionally capped to maintain quality coaching.
Yes! We have a creche facility for all classes, with the only exception being evening yoga sessions.
