"I would highly recommend ADC Fitness. I've attended 5 Mummy and Me classes so far, with more booked in. Since starting the weekly classes I've been able to wear clothes that have never fitted well, as well as having lots of comments from people noticing my weight loss. Alex has created a wonderful (and much needed) space for mums to exercise safely with their little ones. Alex helps out with the little ones where possible, or if I have my baby in his carrier she'll offer alternative exercises to do. I've found the classes to be non-judgemental, with mums helping each other out and having a laugh. I've never felt so comfortable at a gym before. Alex is professional, approachable and encouraging, plus she totally gets the realities of being a mum. Alex is very knowledgeable in postpartum fitness, and is happy to explain anything we've asked. "I would highly recommend the mummy & me classes to all mums looking to lose weight, improve fitness or even socialise. Alex is so accommodating and makes you feel at ease, the workouts are well thought out and each week we are pushed a bit harder. My little one really enjoys going to watch the ladies workout and see all the other babies! Alex has children of her own so she is very understanding when it comes to the babies and will assist where she can, even if my little one wants to come for a cuddle, Alex will help provide a suitable workout where you can have a little cuddle at the same time. The perfect way to have a little bit of time for myself without having to find childcare and with such a fab trainer too. Definitely worth every penny!

Going to the class you can feel that there’s no judgement, everyone gets motherhood and what chaos it can be sometimes. "I’d recommend Alex to anyone especially to new mummy’s! I was very nervous in going to see Alex, but I’ve enjoyed every class and even took my daughter a few times! Alex is very down to earth and very easy to talk to! She just gets it!
Since going to see Alex it’s inspired me to change my habits in eating and moving more, to the point of I’ve only done 5 sessions over 5 weeks and lost a stone! I really struggled getting into my clothes after having my daughter but now I can get back into some clothes and hopefully by the end of my sessions I’ll be back to my normal wardrobe !! "I’ve never been one for exercise as much as I have tried in the past.. I’ve joined numerous gyms hoping to get into it but I lack motivation and also feel conscious exercising in public. I heard about ADC fitness through a friend and finally plucked up the courage to go.. "The 1:1 personal training sessions have been very beneficial to my weight loss goals. Alex provides great expertise on the correct techniques for exercises, which has given me the confidence to use these techniques at the gym. The website has great resources and the nutritional guides have been great and has allowed me to try different food which I have added to my daily diet. The personal training sessions has expanded my knowledge of exercise which has allowed me to get more out of my workouts. "I have been going to weekly sessions with Alex since April and it's really helped me build up my strength. I have had back issues for years and not managed to find a fix. "The job I do requires me to be at peak fitness at all times, this didn't happen for about a year due to personal reasons until I met Alex. From day 1 she supported me and created easy to follow and adapt workout plans, I have two types of workouts, some that are HIIT and and are ideal for doing at work, the whole workout is done in 45 minutes, the other is a mix of HIIT and weight resistant training.
Both workouts push me to my limit with heart rates reaching 170+, every workout I have done has pushed me over 600 calories burnt with the long workout over 1100 calories!
I struggle with self motivation so having a pre written workout plan to stick to really helps me, also having Alex on the end of a phone for a motivational kick up the bum on the days when I really just want to chill out is always appreciated.
Before I started this I would walk Into the gym look at the equipment and walk out, I was too intimidated by what I was looking at to even try anything, now I'm jumping around, doing jump squats then burpees & mountain climbers! My fitness has improved so much over the past 6 weeks, I Can't believe how fit I Am Now, the best and only PT you will need,"
”I currently do 2 PT sessions and a Pound class a week with Alex
I started Pound when it was launched and loved Alex’s enthusiasm that I felt she was the right person to take me on for some one on one training.
I had been quite active a few years previously but had become quite unfit ..I didn’t quite realise how unfit til my first PT session when I couldn’t complete it ! But Alex explained why my body was reacting the way it was and not to be disheartened .
Fast forward 6 weeks and I am so much stronger physically as well as mentally then I thought possible in such a short space of time .
I love my sessions with Alex because she has taken the time to get to know what works for me and she is genuinely so proud of what I achieve each session.
She pushes me that bit further when I think I’m done because she knows I can and I try so hard because not only do I not want to let myself down I don’t want to let her down when she is the one who believes in me 110%.
My mind set has totally changed from my first session and I look forward to each one rather than dreading it and I love being able to feel the difference in myself as well starting to see physically results “.
