Helping you kickstart your fitness journey! A small group personal training session at an affordable price, we will monitor your progress by, body stats, measurements progress photos. You will do an intense personal training session one hour once a week in a small group of maximum of 6 people.
You MUST follow nutritional guidance within this time and you also must dedicate time to squeeze in 2 extra workouts a week, either at home workouts or if you have access to a gym then 2 extra gym workouts each week.
