8-Week Small Group Personal Training Course

Kickstart Your Fitness Journey with Real Results

With a maximum of 6 people per group, you'll benefit from expert coaching, accountability, and a shared drive to succeed.

✅ 1x Small Group Personal Training Session per Week
Train once a week with your dedicated group. Sessions are high-intensity and expertly programmed to build strength, improve fitness, and keep you progressing.


🏋️‍♀️ 2x Extra Workouts Per Week
You’ll follow an additional two workouts each week—at home or in the gym—designed to complement your group sessions and keep you moving forward.


🍽️ Nutritional Guidance + Personalised Calorie Targets
We provide clear, easy-to-follow nutritional advice, plus tailored calorie info specific to your goals and body type.


📊 Progress Monitoring
Track your transformation with regular check-ins including body stats, measurements, and progress photos to keep you motivated and focused.

Stay connected with your coach and teammates between sessions for ongoing support, motivation, and accountability.
