HIIT & ABS

Fat-Burning Cardio Meets Core Strength

This powerful 60-minute class is split into two focused sections:

30 Minutes of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
Fast, intense bursts of movement followed by short (and sometimes active) recovery periods. This training style is designed to elevate your heart rate, burn fat fast, and maximize results in less time.

30 Minutes of Core Work
Finish strong with a full 30 minutes dedicated to building core strength. Expect a range of abdominal exercises that target your entire midsection, improving stability, posture, and muscle tone.

This is the ultimate session for anyone looking to burn calories, increase endurance, and sculpt a strong, defined core all in just one hour.

CIRCUITS

A session specifically designed for postnatal mothers looking to return to fitness safely and confidently. This circuit-style class combines short bursts of cardio and strength training using a variety of equipment to help rebuild muscle and focus on areas that often need extra attention after childbirth.

We support your recovery by improving:
