Helping Mums Get back into Fitness Postpartum!

At Mummy & Me we specialise in helping post natal mums get back into fitness without having the added stress of finding childcare!

  Mummy & Me welcomes mums and babies in their buggys along to workout and will help you improve fitness levels as well as well-being and mental health.  


We’re here to help motivate and inspire mums to feel more confident in their new post partum body and help them with their insecurities to get them feeling their best again. Because us mums deserve it!


  Being a mum often means energy levels are depleted due to lack of sleep, this class can help energise you with safe and effective postnatal workouts improving your mood and overall wellbeing.


The 60 minute session consists of a warm up, leading into bursts of cardiovascular and strength training intervals, to assist with building muscle and concentrating on the specific areas that need extra work after childbirth. 

At no point will you be pushed to the max, your post partum body deserves respect!


When you're a new mum it's so important to have a support network around you, 

At Mummy & Me Fitness we train together in a group with likeminded individuals so not only are we there to help each other reach their health & fitness goals, it's a friendly and fun atmosphere and a great social too and a fantastic way to meet new mum friends!


With specific post natal exercise class plans, keeping it fun and varied each week. Mummy & Me Fitness will work with you to help you achieve your goals, ensuring you become more confident and happier in your post natal body both physically and mentally and help you mumma to become the best version of you!

What can I expect from a Mummy & Me session?

We provide Safe, Effective Post Natal Exercise for new Mum’s.  

Babies / Buggy’s / toddlers are welcome! 


  • Warm up
  • Gentle bursts of Cardiovascular and Resistance Training  
  • Including Bodyweight exercises, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Resistance bands (even baby weight if you want!) 
  • Abdominal Strength Exercises  
  • Pelvic Floor Exercises  
  • Gentle Mobility Stretching . 
  • Cool Down

What are the Benefits of doing a Mummy & Me fitness class?

What do i need to bring?

  • Loose, comfortable clothing
  • Comfortable, flat training shoes
  • A baby, of course
  • A drink for you and baby
  • Snacks for baby
  • Toys and books for baby


New mums must have had their eight weeks post-natal check up with a GP and  with your doctor’s approval been cleared to exercise before engaging in this type of activity.

  
Then when you feel comfortable book a class. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t exercised in a long time, we cater for all fitness levels.  We will encourage and motivate you throughout but there is no pressure to keep up, take it at your own pace and rest when needed.  


Classes are very friendly, and everyone has their babies or toddlers in tow and can tend to them as needed throughout. 

Yes, babies will cry from time to time. That's absolutely fine. It's what they do. You'll be able to take as much time out as you need for cuddles and feeding.
