We understand the physical and emotional challenges that come after childbirth. That’s why our 60-minute sessions are carefully designed to support your recovery. Each class includes:
Your postpartum body deserves care and respect so you’ll never be pushed to the max. Instead, we focus on progress, not pressure.
No need for childcare your baby comes with you! We have a dedicated baby-safe area within the gym so you can train knowing your little one is safe, happy, and close by. Babies are welcome from 8 weeks old.
Being a new mum can be isolating, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our classes are not only about fitnessthey’re about connection. You'll train with a group of like-minded mums, building friendships, sharing experiences, and supporting each other.

We provide Safe, Effective Post Natal Exercise for new Mum’s.
Babies toddlers are welcome!
All mums must have had their 8-week postnatal check-up with a GP and received medical clearance to begin exercising. Once you feel ready, we’d love to welcome you to class!
It doesn’t matter if you haven’t exercised in a while we cater for all fitness levels. Whether you’re easing back in or ready to move more, our sessions are designed to be supportive and flexible. You’ll be encouraged and guided throughout, but there’s no pressure to keep up take breaks, rest when you need to, and always listen to your body.
Our classes are baby-friendly and relaxed. Everyone brings their little ones, from tiny babies to playful toddlers. You’re free to feed, change, cuddle or settle your child at any time no judgment, just support. We get it we're mums too!
