This Mum & Baby Yoga class is designed for you as a new mum to give you an hour of the week of self care and ‘me time’ as well as having the opportunity to meet and socialize with other mums in the same position as you without having to find the added stress of childcare!
We will be focusing on gentle exercises and stretching while focusing on healing and relaxing the body and the mind whilst also strengthening the body physically and mentally helping you with your postnatal recovery.
Its a lovely relaxing class and precious bonding time for you and your little bundle of joy.
Places are limited and on a first come first serve basis.
We provide Safe, Effective Post Natal Exercise for new Mum’s.
Babies / Buggy’s / toddlers are welcome!
New mums must have had their eight weeks post-natal check up with a GP and with your doctor’s approval been cleared to exercise before engaging in this type of activity.
Classes are very friendly, and everyone has their babies or toddlers in tow and can tend to them as needed throughout.
Yes, babies will cry from time to time. That's absolutely fine. It's what they do. You'll be able to take as much time out as you need for cuddles and feeding.
